Total turnaround is generally one week. They’re usually complete within two business days after your final approval of the proof. Short on time? Just let us know and we can usually accommodate a rush order.

From the time you place the order until it is delivered to you, is usually one month. Rush delivery is available if you’re in a hurry.

What is the design review process?
For party invitations, birth announcements, personal stationery, you will receive one electronic proof for review. We will then make any needed changes and move forward with printing.

For wedding stationery, we want to make sure each piece is perfect. You will receive 2 complimentary electronic proofs and one printed proof for review. The printed proof is an important step to ensure colors are exactly the way you want. Fees may apply for additional proofs.

Can you do a rush order?
Rush delivery is available with most of our designs. An additional rush fee is charged and we ask that you provide prompt feedback during the review process.

What type of paper do you print on?
Paper options vary depending on the printing method that you select. We do offer eco friendly paper options.

What can I change on a design without paying extra?
We are happy to change the colors, fonts, and text complimentary on all our designs. Any changes beyond that will be considered a custom order.
